Overview

Push leads, track them through BACKLOG → COMPLETED, cancel, and retrieve recordings.

A lead is one attempted outbound call. Push a lead with the payload and template you want to run, then track its lifecycle to retrieve outcomes and recordings.

What you can do

• Push leads in bulk or one at a time.
• Poll or webhook on lifecycle events.
• Cancel pending leads before they dial.
• Download the recording after completion.
